The 41st album by The Council Of Thirteen continues the progressive and classic rock sounds of the Council. 13 new epic songs written by keyboardist/composer John W. Edwards. "On The Edge Of The World" is pure progressive rock in the style of Asia or ELP. "Star Light, Star Bright" has a distinctive ELO flair. "Mea Culpa" is a song about no one being to blame in a relationship, but both accepting blame. "No More Table For One" is a song about finding a relationship that is meaningful, in the Natalie Merchant vein. "(She Broke My Heart, But) I Don't Remember Her Name" is a song about moving on to a new relationship and leaving the past behind. "Moon Over My Heart" has a Mike Oldfield/Maggie Reilly feeling. "Fast Lane" is pure female-fronted power pop. "The Girl I Used To Know" is a song about someone changing so much that you don't recognize them anymore. A very 80s-style pop tune with harmonies.
